I've been on a strict Ketogenic Diet (as in low, low carb) for a year now. I've gone from 270 to 213 pounds as of today....with no loss to speak of for quite a few weeks, so it looks like I'm going to have to do something drastic to get it kick started again. I need to lose at least another 50 pounds. I'm loving the lifestyle changed though...great to not ever be really hungry or craving anything much. It's simple and I love the way I feel...just need to get the rest of this weight off this year!!
